Couples looking for a decent stay
I really enjoyed the welcome from the night shift team that took care of my needs. They were super friendly and even got me a hot coffee to start my day right and it made a big difference.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

The hotel is bright and amazing in general. Incredible and airy unit in bags, welcoming staff. Variety of options for breakfast in the restaurant. A gym available for guests too. Stunning and handy location, in the leisure centre. And close enough to restaurants, the bars and taxi. In-house bar with hot drinks.

The hotel is generally nice and clean with a spacious room, though the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast options were great, but some items could use improvement. Paying for parking on-site felt frustrating, and staff could benefit from more organization at check-in and check-out times.

Large comfortable room with nice chairs.
No convenient side tables by the bed - nowhere to put a clock I could acttually see in the night - TV clock too far away.

The room is reasonably spacious and updated and there are decent views on garden. The setting is MAGNIFICENT and incredible, very close to key areas like bar and restaurant, the centre of Oxford by bus and the town center.

Excellent location; modern, clean rooms; very good value for money; helpful staff; good breakfast provided in the price.
There was nothing that detracted from the quality of our visit.

The bar was nice. We did not see the restaurant or the other facilities as we were only there for one night as we had to cancel the second night.
We thought the room and bed were very small for a 4* hotel. We have stayed in Premier Inns and think the rooms are far superior to yours for less cost. Obviously they don't have the facilities that you offer. When we arrived we tried to book for dinner but the restaurant was full up. We were not advised to book in advance.

Gym and restaurant were good.
Internet access, parking both were hidden extras, the internet at 15 a day with no signal in the bedroom. I thought this was poor especially as this is also a conference centre.

The Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I had no real complaint about the hotel facilities or staff
Internet access is a complete rip off at £15 per night plus £7 for any Smart device. In this day and age most hotels provide this for free or for a nominal charge. Room service was very slow however because of this the meal was provided for free so no real complaint there. Because of the internet access rip off I will not stay at this hotel again and my company will not use for training / events.

great access to parks and cultural attractions
I was thrilled to find how close the hotel was to Cutteslowe and Sunnymead Park. I marveled at the fine architecture of the Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology, just a pleasant walk away.
